So. I love this leather set. I love it so much, and it PISSES ME OFF. Because the chest is Alliance Only, and it’s not something you can grab and transfer – it switches as well. (Not to mention the other Alliance Only pieces.) @$%@$%@$%@$%@$@#$
Screw you, Blizzard.
(Even though this set is Alliance Only, it’s on my Blood Elf because it’s freaking pretty and I don’t like the new human models much.)
A green take on pirates – with this leather transmog. I like the way this one came together, though I didn’t expect it to be so nice when I was making it. I think I switched out various parts about twenty times…
This is an orange pirate-based set that was actually a bit tricky to pull together, but I really like it now! I wanted to make a set based off of the Corsair’s Overshirt – one of the few “pirate” type shirts in game that’s actually a transmoggable chest, and not just a shirt.
I know there is such an abundance of pirate-themed posts lately! I worked on this collection quite a bit when I was out of commission for typing – so there are more transmogs – but they won’t entirely be cloth once I’m done with this batch, at least!
This pirate set is very special to me, because of the staff. This staff is a bit trickier than usual to get, and took me begging GMs (plural) for it – the quest is at the start of the Jade Forest chain, but this staff is only available to monks/druids as a reward – it doesn’t even come up as an option for casters. It’s Horde Only – and changes if you faction change to Alliance after getting it. Also, this staff is the only version of this model that is actually a staff – the others are all polearms.
I have absolutely no idea how to title this or describe it. It’s an incredibly weird set, but one that somehow still works, and I’m not even sure how I did it. It’s another plate set that can be worn by all plate classes.
I apologize for making these two posts back-to-back, as they’re almost identical, but that’s what happens when you have such a backlog. 😉 This transmog simply features a different belt when compared to A True Hunter (Part 1).
See? (I will re-post the item list as a refresher.)
For a more detailed and “fancy” bow, I added this:
It’s a perfect match, and I’m not too sure which bow I prefer yet. This is the Malevolent Gladiator’s Longbow (Purchased from Lucan Malory in Valley of the Four Winds for 3,500 Honor Points [Alliance Only]) (Purchased from Doris Chiltonius in Kun-Lai Summit for 3,500 Honor Points [Horde Only])
So, there was a previous post featuring this robe last year. I was never a fan of those shoulders, though, and TBH – I never wore it. I was thrilled when I checked out different shoulders and staves when Warlords of Draenor was released, however, and quickly created a different transmog with shoulders I actually liked – and wear – that I had skipped over previously. (The cloak is warlock only, but that doesn’t matter so much. 🙂 )
I didn’t really care for this set until I got the staff to go with it. It’s basically a full set (sorry!), but you guys HAVE TO SEE how well the staff goes with it. I was very fortunate to get this staff, since we only have 1 druid in our raid. 😉
